The theme this year is "Fakataha" a Tongan word that means "to be one." We hope this annual gathering will strengthen the community and fellowship of our Disciples NAPAD youth and young adults.

In support of the Global Ministries of the Disciples and the UCC, the CCU and the NAPAD passed a General Assembly resolution regarding the peaceful and just reunification of the two Koreas a couple of years ago. The NAPAD urges the Disciples to pray for the Korean Peninsula on Sunday, August 13th this year
General Assembly is coming. Even though NAPAD has no formal Luncheon this time, currently we have planned five gatherings for the General Assembly.

The 19th biennial Convocation will be held at Raynor Park Christian Church, Sunnyvale, CA. Over the past decades, Convocation gathers Pacific-Asian Disciples from all over the United States and Canada. The theme for this Convocation is, “Be Reconciled in Christ” with its biblical reference to 2 Corinthians 5:18-20.
